The app is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the app.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of the app, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You may not use the app to host or attend events that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory.

We reserve the right to remove any events or users from the app at any time without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions or related rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the app are governed by the laws of the state of [state] without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the app shall be instituted in a state or federal court in [state]. You and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

With our app, you can easily browse and register for events in your area or create your own event and invite others to attend. You can also request services from a variety of service providers who have signed up with us, including catering, entertainment, and more.

Our goal is to make the event planning process as seamless as possible, so you can focus on creating memorable experiences for you and your guests. Whether you're planning a corporate event, a wedding, or a birthday party, we have the tools and resources to make your event a success.

Ticket fees & Prices:
All ticket prices displayed on the App are inclusive of 5% VAT charged to customers. In addition to the ticket price, Festifa charges a fee to process payments made through the App using Stripe. The fee charged by Stripe is currently 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction this may vary depending on Country Stripe may apply extra charges. Festifa also charges an app admin fee of 3.9% of the ticket price per transaction.

Payment Processing :
Festifa uses Stripe to process all payments made through the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions, which are available at https://stripe.com/us/legal

Refunds and Cancellations:
All ticket sales made through the App are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Festifa will issue a refund to the original purchaser of the ticket, less any fees charged by Stripe and Festifa. All menu orders through the app can be refunded instantly and automatically when processed as unavailable.
